So on with the recipe. For this you will need some Nutella and some Thick Cream.

That’s it. It doesn’t matter how much of each you have, as long as they are in the correct ratio of 6mL Cream : 4g Nutella

So, for example if you have a 300mL tub of cream then you will need 200g of nutella.

and if you have a 400g tub of Nutella then you will need 600mL of cream. It doesn’t even have to be that exact you can just throw it all into the bowl.

Thank you to the Simple Cooking Channel for the original recipe idea

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream and nutella. Just throw it all in there. Beat / mix in a mixer / blender low for 2-3 minutes or until thick and creamy. You can do this by hand but it might take a little longer.

2. Get a greased cake tin (just pour about a teaspoon or 2 of oil into the tin and sprinkle on a small bit of flour – then rub that mixture over the tin). Transfer the mixture into the tin and pop in the fridge for 6-8 hours (or overnight) and then pop in freezer for about 1 hour.

You can also freeze for 3 hours and then place in fridge for 1 hour if you want it done a bit quicker. And… that’s it- job done 🙂

3. Cut into wedges and serve.
